Thanksgiving 2008

Happy Thanksgiving!!! Let the over eating, enjoying family and being THANKFUL for so much begin. I really think that we need to have more days like this (not the over eating part), not just once a year. It just seems with the hustle and bustle of life, we don't take the time and we really should. We have so many things to be thankful for this year, the list would probably be considered a novel. If you are reading this, know that we are so thankful for you, in each and every way that you are apart of our lives.

While we were getting everything prepared, Bryce decided since lunch time had passed already that she needed a little something. She asked for a Christmas roll. Yesterday she enjoyed watching me make Great Grandma's crescent rolls and we kept working on the word, crescent. Well, today crescent was turned to Christmas, so cute! Of course there was even "make making" in Brycie's kitchen, aprons and all. Bryce was already past her nap time when everyone started to arrive. But what a trooper, looking sleepy but ready for fun. She and Pop pop even enjoyed a little walk before we enjoyed our meal. Bryce was so excited to have Grandpa here at her house. Bryce just loves holding her cousins. Grandma and Lawson. We are so thankful for her. Grandpa and Keaton
Lawson and Keaton enjoying their first Thanksgiving! We are so thankful for them.

While we were taking these pictures Lawson was having so much fun pulling on Brycie's hair. Grandpa and a few of his grand kids. We are so thankful for our Pop pop! Keaton and Lawson enjoying their first glimpse of a turkey, I think they are almost as big as the turkey. We all ate way too much, but it was so yummy! Even Lawson enjoyed putting his lips on a roll and making it a soggy mush.
Good night my little one!!! I am so thankful for you!
