Tonight was such a special night on so many different levels. From one emotion to the next, we were all so excited and the best part is Austin had no idea what was going to come next. We all gathered to celebrate Austin turning 16 tonight, it was a great time.
Bryce and Charlotte eagerly awaited to go outside, yet they had no idea really what was going to happen. 
Then we secretly made our way out the front door. Thankfully the rain had stopped for a brief moment.

Without question, Austin followed, and then James said, "Happy Birthday Son!"
Austin said, "Are you kidding me?" James said, "No Son, Happy Birthday! Austin then said, "Hold me Dad!

At this moment, Austin was shaking and repeating to himself, I am not going to cry. He had no idea. His wonderful parents have been telling him for over a year that this was not going to happen, not a chance. Well, the day after he turned 16, it did and he earned it.

Then the sweet surprise of dear friends. Sonja and Michael showed up at the end of the party, and well, the party started again. It was so wonderful, beyond wonderful. We love them so much and don't ever get time with them. This was a true present to all of us.
