My Little Giver!!!

Can it really be true? Is Christmas just one week, 7 short days away-seriously? Where has this year gone? What a year, that was packed with so many changes, for the good and the bad. All of that for another post. Today, I had such a little giver with a happy heart, helper. We were so busy today, as we have been for the last several days, notice the lack of blogs.

Bryce loves toast and she also loves avocado (when they are not $2 bucks each). Well, I love toast with avocado, such a yummy treat. Bryce has now fallen in love with a family favorite. It was great fuel for all the things that we wanted to get done today.

With this wonderful cold weather (I want more, please) turning on the oven was a great idea. Today, we decided to make Daddy a cake, a very special cake, Aunt Christie's Oatmeal cake. Right by my side was my little chief Bryce, eager and helpful. After dinner this is going to be such a treat.

With so many nieces and nephew to give too, there was a lot of wrapping, but with my super helper we made a great dent in that task.

The first present was placed under the tree before lunch and Bryce was so proud. Could this present be for you? Better be good and maybe you will find out. After her first nap of the week, she was eager to jump right back in. She even decided that she needed to wrap a present for Keaton and Lawson on her own. Sorry guys, she is a wrapper in training. But the most important thing is, she wanted to do it, and she did it with a giver's heart.
