Flying Free

We decided that we needed a little family outing today and headed off to a wonderful park in Irvine. For several days I had been talking with Bryce about this great place and all the wonderful things that you could do there. She was so excited and couldn't wait. We headed out in the high 90 degree weather and made our way to the park. Lot Full!!! That is what the sign said at the entrance. There were people everywhere and no parking for miles. Looks like we are going to be breaking a heart and that is just what happened. Bryce began to cry and Kendall screamed (she needed lunch). We had to fix this and fast. We took Bryce out for a quick burger and then found a great pumpkin patch in the parking lot of the mall in Brea. That fixed it!!! I know that in life there is disappointment, but did it have to be today?Of course with visiting her first pumpkin patch Kendall had to have her picture taken. She just decided to sleep threw it. Funny girl!

We told Bryce that she could choose one ride to go on. Both of us were shocked, she picked this. We really have a funny girl here. She will not ride a horse by herself, hates the sounds of gardener's, and many other little silly things, but she love being high in the air. She just kept asking to go higher and so she did. When she was done, she asked when she could do it again. What a great feeling to be flying free.
Kendall slept while her sister jumped for the sky.
